The Challenge

Independent primary care practices face a specific competitive problem.

The Approach

The strategic frame that shaped this project was simple: healthcare consumers increasingly behave like retail consumers.

The Build

Brand Identity

Developed a full brand identity system built around a person-plus-cross motif that communicated personalized care and holistic wellness. The color system used calming blues, teals, and soft grays — clinical enough to signal trust, warm enough to avoid feeling corporate.

Website Redesign (WordPress, Mobile-First)

The site was built on WordPress with a custom theme, mobile-first layout, optimized load times, schema markup for medical services, integrated Google Maps, HIPAA-safe form routing, SSL, and Core Web Vitals readiness. A patient can move from "what does this clinic do?" to "how do I schedule?" in under three clicks.

Patient-Centered Service Architecture

Designed the content structure around the full scope of the clinic's services: acute care, preventive care, diabetes management, on-site lab work, mental health services, immunizations, telehealth, and women's and men's health. Each section written to reduce uncertainty rather than just describe the service.

The Outcome

The results were significant across every channel. Online appointment bookings grew 75%. Organic traffic climbed 300% over 12 months. Seventy percent of inbound appointments could be directly attributed to Google Search and Maps. Administrative call volume dropped 50%. Patient satisfaction improved 20%. New patient referrals grew 35%. The Google rating held at 5 stars across 50+ reviews. Total ROI on the engagement: 210%.
