Gravity Forms Quote Engine
Built a multi-step Gravity Forms quote builder that translated client configuration inputs — service tier, scope, timeline, add-ons — into a dynamic price calculation. The form fed directly into WooCommerce as a draft order, pre-populated with all line items. No copy-paste, no manual order creation.
WooCommerce Order & Checkout System
Customized the WooCommerce checkout flow for high-ticket B2B and B2C purchases. Buyers could see exactly what they were committing to — total cost, payment schedule, and per-installment amount — before confirming. Payment plan selection as a native checkout option.
ACF-Driven Payment Plan Configuration
Built the payment plan engine using Advanced Custom Fields to allow staff to configure plan options (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, custom) per product or service category — without code changes. New plan structures could be deployed in minutes.
The Outcome
Manual invoice creation dropped to zero. The operations team stopped spending hours per week on payment administration and started spending zero. Deals that had previously required 2–5 back-and-forth touchpoints between quote and payment now completed in a single session.
The payment plan flexibility turned what had been a sticking point in negotiations into a sales tool. Offering a 6-month or 12-month plan with automatic billing removed the budget objection from the close. More deals converted, and they converted faster.
